The lessee is responsible for daily maintenance. This includes lighting, general visual inspection, washing, tyre pressure and tyre repairs are at your expense. Flat and/or burst tyres are also at the expense of the lessee. Normal wear and tear of locking parts is at the expense of the renter. In the event of discovered defects, the lessor must be consulted.
Repairs due to neglected daily maintenance and excessive wear and tear as well as wear and tear caused by improper use or abuse shall be charged to you.
The trailer shall be delivered clean inside and out and must be returned as such. If this is not done, TESM will charge the applicable costs.
Damage to the inner and outer tank and corrosion of the stainless steel caused by the transported products are at the expense of the lessee. The basic principle is that the products to be transported do not damage the material of the tank. If there is any doubt about the products to be transported, the lessee must contact the lessor so that this can be discussed and confirmed by email.
The trailer can only be collected and returned between 08.00 and 17.00 on business days. Dropping off trailers outside these hours is entirely at the risk and responsibility of the lessee. The trailer can be collected in Maasdijk and must also be returned there.
